A time bank can be purchased with a minimum of 10 hours, and can be used in half an hour units for online technical support or a technician’s arrival to your business as needed.

Time bank packages: 10 hours, 30 hours, 50 hours, 100 hours.

Cloud+ offers the possibility of placing technicians permanently or temporarily at your company, full-time or part-time. The technicians will take care of your computing systems and communication network and will be backed up professionally by the Cloud+ team of professionals.

  • Online support – Help Desk

Cloud+ operates a Help desk call center operating at all activity hours and provides an initial response to any failure by connecting remotely. The service allows you to receive an available backup from the Cloud+ professional technical team
